Hola everyone I have awesome news!
I am fortunate enough to be heading to Costa Rica in 8 days! Thanks to my parents, family, friends, and job, I was able to save enough money to be in Costa Rica for the month of July. I am not studying through any university or program; however, I am studying independently (which saves a lot of money) along with my roommate and best friend: Natalie.

We are lucky enough to have our friend Ramses and his family take us into their home in Heredia and I cannot wait to be in Costa Rica and have as many adventures as possible! Natalie and I are going to try to do it all. I will try to document all of our adventures with pictures and blog posts as often as possible (maybe every day). I will also try to speak only Spanish while I'm in Costa Rica, so my blog posts may contain a lot of Spanglish.
Getting to Costa Rica will be an adventure in itself on our red-eye flight and I will update this blog as coherently as I can.
